I wasn’t sure about reading this book but so glad I did. It has everything: emotional but not too much, mystery but not too much, suspense but you get it. I skipped the prequel because I was afraid it would be too emotional for me. Now I will reconsider. I also want to buy another in the series. There will be a thread running through the series. PD

This book was a very enjoyable story of second chances. It helps to understand their first time around if you read the prequel first. I definitely recommend both. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

I have read this book before on another application. In that application, I was able to download the full book & read without issues. But, this time something went wrong & I couldn’t finish chapter five. The pages following in the middle of the chapter five were blank. If you are able to download the book, you will like the book. I had enjoyed it when I read the book on another application.

I have been provided with a review copy of Mixed Up with a Marine from the author for an impartial review. This is the first book in the Bad Boy Bakers series and takes place about ten years after the prequel in this series Rescued by a Bad Boy. Oh my gosh I just loved getting to see the continuation of Brax and Mia’s story. I was just drawn into their lives and I felt so much for these characters. This story was just extremely easy to lose yourself in and I was just so sad to turn the last page. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.
