CHAPTER 5

It has been 1 moon since WillowPaw started her training. Tomorrow is the gathering at four trees, she has been training very very VERY hard. And she’s finally ready to meet up with the other clans. “All new apprentices please come to the high rock.” Willowpaw looked up and saw blackstar standing on the top of a huge rock. She wasn’t sure if she counted as ‘new’ so she went to the rock. “We will be announcing your trainors,” meowed Blackstar. Willowpaw already knew who her mentor was, so she stepped away from the rock. “Warriors, come to the rock-if you don’t already have an apprentice.” Willowpaw left the area, to her den. She laid on the needles and leafs and set her head on her paws. She closed her eyes.

She woke up at night, and she was suddenly uncomfortable. She smelled terrified thunderclan blood. She also smelled sleeping kit blood. She exited the den and what she saw next horrified her… A ruffled cat with black stripes along they’re face. They also seemed to be blind. Beside them was Timberleaf, with a bloody scratch along her side. It was still dark, making the scene even more horrific. Suddenly the cat turned and looked straight at Willowpaw. In the cat's mouth were injured- possibly near dead- kits. The cat ran off. Willowpaw ran after them, and then she heard a hissss! She looked behind her and saw a white Tom with gray eyes staring at her. “”Oops!” The Tom said, Willowpaw saw something that made her blood run cold. The White Tom's snout was smothered in blood. She looked down and screamed, there was a huge bleeding gash on her chest, drip, drip, she closed her eyes and screeched. She heard a cat hiss. And then it went black. Yes, each one acts like the sin. The only kind one is Sloth, cause he’s lazy, and maybe Envy. The most evil of them is Greed, since he is manipulative. Also I might change there pelt colors a bit, they’re supposed to be kin, or siblings.

Here’s there updated pelts. It took a bit of time to connect them.

Wrath- huge dark brown tom with white markings and blue eyes
Lust- pretty light golden-brown she-cat with dark amber eyes
Pride- light brown-and-white she-cat with dark blue eyes
Gluttony- plump dark brown tom with huge amber eyes
Envy- grayish-white she-cat with a brown chest, amber eyes
Sloth- lazy brown-and-white tom with dark blue eyes
Greed- slender brown tom with slight gray markings and a white belly

Yes, I named them after the seven deadly sins. JUDGE ME!!
You can change there pelts if wanted, I just randomly made them up.

Just gonna give the prologue for pantherwind...

The golden queen tucked her kit closer to her. The kit mewled pitifully, snuggling closer to her mother’s belly, kneading it.
“Goldenflower?” The queen’s head shot up. She sighed as she saw her mate, Tigerclaw, standing at the nursery entrance with a squirrel hanging from his jaws.
“I brought this for you.” He murmured, as he dropped it beside her.
“Thank you. . .” She whispered, giving his ear an affectionate lick.
“I’ll get you anything you need.” Tigerclaw mewed. Sadness seeped in Goldenflower’s heart at these words. She knew that wasn’t true.
Everytime she asked him to get her something, he’d always say he was busy with something else, or say he’d be right back, and sends someone else instead while he waited to bring it into the nursery.
And that was the only reason why he would. It wasn’t for their kit, Pantherkit, it was for Goldenflower.
And it broke Goldenflower’s heart.
‘Maybe he’ll notice his mistake when she becomes an apprentice, and with our, IF we have, a second litter he’ll actually start paying attention to those kits. . .’ She thought.
The hope was great.
She just wondered. . . How much he would pay attention to a second litter.
She sighed.
She looked at Pantherkit then started washing the little she-cat.
“I won’t let anything harm you.” She tucked Pantherkit even closer. “Not a claw will harm you, not until you are made a Warrior.”
