I really wanted to smack Mace upside the head after what he did. Lucky for him, he came to his senses ... and groveled ... literally. I loved Addi! So strong on the inside and such a kickass on the outside.

It was so good being back in the Montgomery Ink world. I fell in love with the characters of longtime friends Adrienne and Mace. They have a beautiful story and their friendship and love shines brightly through Carrie Ann Ryan’s writing. This book also had it twists and turns to make it a riveting read. Loved it.

I love a great friends to lovers read, and this one didn’t disappoint!!! The fun and banter between Mace and Addi made their sexy scenes even steamier. I loved that Addi wasn’t afraid to lay it all on the line when the time came, and that there wasn’t a whole lot of head games. This book had the perfect amount of suspense, and will have you on the edge of your seat wondering what will come next. A fantastic start to this new spinoff series that I would definitely recommend!!!

This is a story about best friends it's lovely and delightful entertainment.
I enjoy how Carrie's characters are developed, there is drama on top of drama in this spin off of The Montgomery Ink series, Fallen Ink is the first book in the Colorado Springs. This is Adrienne Montgomery and Mace Knight story. Well I must say I'm such a push over for lovers who are friends before they find out that it's love. I really enjoy the way these two characters interact with each other. Even the support characters are essential to the story. But I think that the real reason this book works so well is that the characters are so enjoyable and feels so real. The story is about a beautiful friendship that slowly transforms both characters as it moves slowly toward sex and romance. Warning! When reading the sensual scenes written by Carrie Ann Ryan you may need more than one fan plus a TALL GLASS of ICE COLD Beverage, you will need something to cool you off while reading this story. Plus oh my goodness if you can just imagine a tall man with muscle and tattoos it will make you want change places with the heroine. This is not a book for the fate of heart and please don't dismiss this book as the usual run of the mill story because you would be so so wrong, this is a intriguing, captivating, full of drama with HEA.
