I LOVED this book!!! It was sexy, sweet, and you will fall in love with Katie and Connor.

There was no crazy high drama. I loved that the authors created a heroine who had class when it came to the situation she was in. I’ve seen a lot of authors go a different route, which wasn’t bad, but to see the situation handled how Katie’s character handled it was a great change. Connor is seriously the best hero a readercan ask for. He’s sexy, he’s sweet, and reading about him with his daughter?? PERFECT!!! The only complaint I have is that the end felt a little rushed, but it was still a must read!!!

OMG. This book drew me in from the very first sentence. Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde are masters at collaboration and this book is no exception. Connor Prescott is swoon worthy. He is hot, rich and most importantly one of the good ones. He seems to have lost his heart to Katie the night he met her. And the events that follow show what a terrific guy he is. You will want to dive in to this story and want it to continue after you read the last sentence. Loved it!

Rock Solid is the 4th and final book in the Book Boyfriend series. This book can be read as a standalone. I rate this book at 5 stars. I loved this book and had a very difficult time putting it down when life required it! From the beginning to the end, the book kept me extremely intrigued. It's also a very fast, easy, fun, sexy read.
Connor is in Denver on a business trip, getting ready to go home to Chicago when his flight gets cancelled due to weather and he can't fly out until the next day. Katie went to Denver to surprise her boyfriend and things didn't go so well. When she gets to the airport only to find that her flight has been cancelled and she can't fly back to Chicago until the next day, it's like the icing on cake of her day that just won't stop getting worse. When he goes to get a burger while waiting, the only seat he's interested in is with the blonde that he would like to talk to. From there, well... can't give it away for you....
I really enjoyed the characters, especially Connor. Katie at times I had a hard time identifying with, but I still really enjoyed her. It was very refreshing to see a male character that isn't a manwhore/player that became enamored and changed his ways. The only gripe I could possibly come up with was I would have loved to see how Connor proposed to Katie. I was so happy to see at the ending that they gave you a sense of closure to the story, that it wasn't one of those where the couple barely gets together and then the book ends. Hope this helps! What is a woman to do when she finds out her boyfriend is sleeping with another woman behind her back? Have a rebellious one night stand, of course. However, the male counterpart doesn't do one night stands. So what do you do? Seduce him, naturally. So that's how Connor and Katie's one night stand occurred during a snowstorm in Denver.

Three years later, both are still remembering that one night. Katie is living with the repercussions while Connor is living with the dream/fantasy. So what's a man to do when he hears from the woman and then finds out he's a daddy. Become the best daddy ever and start up an affair with the mother knowing she is reluctant to commit to anything.

Katie dealt with a horrible childhood, with parents who only paid attention to her when they were trying to goad the other. Because of this, she is reluctant to get into a relationship for fear that Val will have a similar experience when it ends. What she doesn't realize is she's depriving Val of a complete family and a good example of trust.

This story was a very nice, quick read. It has a great HEA for everyone. I love how Val, a three year old, could give her mother lessons on trust and acceptance. Definitely a must read from the duo.

Katie is sexy, sweet, sassy and leaving Denver after finding her now ex-boyfriend with another woman when she encounters Connor and is snowed in for the night. Highly entertaining and thrilling late night relaxing in bed reading.

What Connor didn’t realize was the extent of emotional baggage Katie was actually carrying. What Katie didn’t realize was how life changing this encounter was truly going to be.

I love the stories where the couple knows, without a doubt, that they are meant to be. There may be obstacles to overcome but the love is never in doubt. Katie and Connor are those two people. She devotes herself to being the best mom she can. Connor works to build his business yet continues to remember with fondness the girl from the past. When they meet again, both are confident of their feelings for the other. They just have to work through the past.

I’ve loved this entire series and continue to appreciate the collaborative work of these two awesome ladies!!!
