Enjoyed this story that focused on Kyle of Premier Reality. A great renewed romance with challenges to overcome story. Kyle and Ella had a relationship 10 years ago that was destroyed by other family members. Ella still lives and helps her dad who is in poor health. Kyle returns to the town to help his mom develop a business which is next door to Ella's. Can they renew this relationship? Read this Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde book to find out. They make a great writing team!

This was such a fun sexy fill good read. The chemistry between Kyle and Ella is both intense and steamy from the beginning. Whether they were battling it out over some issues of the past, or heating it up between the sheets, these two just belong together. There were a few characters I wanted to smack upside their heads (mostly Ella's family) but one grew on me, and the other didn't really come around much. Add in previous character created by Carly and Erika, and this is perfect!! I would definitely recommend one clicking!

I loved reading Well Built, another hit for co-authors Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde. These two are among my favorite authors and among the most talented writers in Romance Land. Combining their voices created a strong story, with characters that not only have compassion and empathy but also depth. I have to say that this book is equal parts dirty and sexy, with some extra fun thrown in, all which benefits by the combining of their voices.

I highly recommend this book to all readers. This book is definitely hot and sexy, but is also a second chance at love for high school sweethearts Kyle and Ella. Both are the good child, at least in comparison to their siblings. Ella has dedicated her life to taking care of her father, giving up a life of her own. The question Ella has to decide is whether or not she can come to terms with loving Kyle and having the life she wants rather than continuing her care for her father and his dreams.

I totally enjoyed reading this wonderful book and highly recommend this book to other readers. I truly cannot wait to see what to see what Carly and Erika have lined up next as they continue this co-authorship.

A sexy reunion with another of the Premier Realty hotties! You'll recognize Kyle and his partners Connor, Wes & Max if you read either of the previous books in the series. I loved the sweet interaction between Kyle and Ella, and felt their past was explained well. Happy to see them get their happily ever after!

Well Built is another well written book in the Book Boyfriend series by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde, which can be read as a standalone. You cannot go wrong with reading this second chance romance book and the others in this series! ! !

Ella Fisher and Kyle Coleman were high school sweethearts but when Kyle decided to leave their hometown for college and a better life, he wanted Ella to come with him but they had bitter words that could not be taken back and he left…alone. Now 10 years later, Kyle has returned a very wealthy real estate developer and wants to purchase a building beside the grocery store Ella’s family owns. He knows Ella is bidding on the same building BUT…she doesn’t know he wants it too.

Sparks fly when at the auction she sees Kyle for the first time in 10 years…not only does she not get the building that she wants for herself to expand with wares from the local merchants but she realizes she still has feeling for Kyle after all this time…and the feelings are mutual.

Will they be able to repair the damage in their relationship from 10 years ago or will Kyle renovated the building for his mother and return to Chicago and go on with his life????

Well Built is the 3rd book in the series. This is a second chance romance between high school sweethearts. Kyle and Ella haven't seen each other in ten years and reunite in this one! I really liked setting of the story it gives a small town feel. The chemistry between Kyle and Ella was so good and very sexy! I love how she incorporates the other characters from the first two books in this one! I can't wait for Connor's love story!
HOT Second Chance Romance

WELL BUILT is billed as a second chance story with animosity and forbidden love (Yes, pleeeze!!!), so I was psyched for passionate verbal skirmishes followed by even more fiery physical “tussles”. It delivered on the latter, but not so much the former.

Usually a second chance romance where a harsh breakup caused the couple to purposely avoid each other for 10 yrs. would be contentious and require a lot of explaining and groveling. Frankly, the back and forth animosity that creates tension and usually ends with some explosive sexy times is my favorite part. So I was surprised that this was missing here. The early, quick, almost polite resolution left me confused and extremely needy. Although I can’t say that for the couple. They did get their smexxy on many times, which did not leave any of us feeling needy except to want more of that hotness.

I had a tough time connecting to the main characters. Maybe that was due to the book synopsis, which described Ella as sassy and smart-mouthed. Unless my definition is completely different, I found her neither. Quite the opposite, in fact. She was a mass of contradictions that kept me constantly trying to get a read on her. One moment she was in a mousey panic and the next bold and brazen. It was frustrating.

Kyle. Oh Kyle. He, too, was a contradiction. He certainly had his sweet moments that sucked me in and had me believing he was at last reformed. Then BAM! Out burst an alpha comment or move that destroyed all his previous goodness. I have absolute zero tolerance for Neanderthals, and he definitely had that “You woman. Mine.” thing going on half the time. I’m a picky reader when it comes to heroes, so I fully expect my opinion to be in the minority. If alphas are your crack, you’ll love him.

While not my favorite of The Book Boyfriend series, Well Built is a good contribution to the series and well worth the read. I enjoyed seeing the main characters from the previous books and look forward to Conner’s story. A hero who prefers relationships to hookups is unusual and refreshing. I can’t wait to see where the authors take his story.

I truly don’t know how they do this ….. it is my favorite of the series so far!!!! I loved everything about Kyle and Elle’s story. I loved seeing the “gang” appear and the razzing that always goes on. The scene in the parking lot kind made me laugh a little when he was running after her and was “stuck” LOL!!! But this book had everything I want…hot sex, a GREAT STORY, the connection you feel between the characters and returning friends. I even enjoyed the little Nolan and Claire part of the story. I love when I “FEEL” when I read these books and that happened so many times. I even turned the corner on my feelings for her father in the end. I cannot wait for Connor’s story. I received this ARC for an honest review. I TRULY LOVED EVERY PART OF THIS BOOK!!! This is a must buy book!!!
