I have always loved VT Bonds books, even though it is a short book, she still makes her characters strong and worth caring about. They are amazing and you want to see what happens with them. Interesting world building and a unique though about how the world could change and what could develop. This is a great new series. And she always makes great heroine who don't make it easy for the hot alpha holes.

First book in the Waterworld series that gives a glimpse if there was a water apocalypse with no land and everything is flooded. Think Kevin Costner in Waterworld. Only as an alpha, “Tanker” Hoss who finds his omega mate, Char. They live on an old oil rig tanker. I love how tender yet firm he is with her. It’s tender and loving for a big Nasty male. There are steamy sexy scenes meant for 17+ ages.

This first installment will take you on a ride in a metal wreckage with dangerous Alphas and passionate Omegas. The leading Omega has heart, and the Alpha is dangerous and brutal. If you want a taste of dark, sinister, and delicious then read this series. This book hits the ground running with suspense and action. There is a ton of interaction between the main character’s and steam throughout this book to keep your cheeks hot. I totally recommend this read to lovers of romance, knotting, and steamy sex. Looking forward to the next tasty and sinister installment in this dark delicious word.
Dark and filthy like I like

Light on plot but heavy on detail. Excellent world building, interesting characters, and a surprising HFN in a dark, dreary, and dangerous world. I’m excited about this wet version of reality and looking forward to exploring more of this universe. Hopefully there will be some overlap in characters.

Short Omegaverse Story

I would love to have left 5 stars; however, there were only 8 chapters, and I was left wanting so much more storyline between these characters. This book had so much more potential left unwritten.

On the bright side, this Omegaverse was a great short read, and it was about Hoss who is a strong and dominant alpha and a king of his domain and Char a shy omega who has been kept in a cage for years. When Hoss finds her and comes to take her, he has one mission and one mission only, to make her his. This is a dystopian read but still had all the Alpha Omega hotness you desire.

In closing, V.T. Bond’s writing style and Omegaverse stories always have a unique storyline, and this one is no different. I’m also hoping that these characters will show up in the next book of this series.
