    I have read dozens of book on leadership but Impractical Guide, along with Joshua & Jamie's other book, Burn Your Goals, has had the greatest impact on me personally and on my leadership philosophy. This book will change how you view your life, your purpose and those around you. This a must-read and a great resource for all leaders and coaches. Joshua and Jamie truly have a passion for helping people grow into leaders and it shines through in this easy-to-read yet thought-provoking book.

    This is a must read for anyone in a leadership role, and that includes wanting to be a leader of your own life, to live with intention and purpose. The perfect follow-up to their first book "Burn Your Goals." I started highlighting key points that were eye opening and share-worthy, and ended up highlighting just about every paragraph.
