I loved this book. It was different, but I loved the characters!

Typically have enjoyed CLo’s books but this was a book I flipped through sort of fast towards the end just to be done with it. The science plot was was pretty unbelievable and I don’t think the book was speaking about science in a sophisticated way. It wasn’t a good romance novel but wasn’t thought provoking enough to be classified as good sci-fi or mystery. I would recommend reading when available at the library vs. buying.

These authors always come through with the most amazing books. They are a buy immediately for me, without even glancing at the synopsis I know the book will be worth staying up late to read.

This was not a typical Christina Lauren book and while that’s okay, the premise bugged me. I enjoyed the characters, but the underlying storyline was absolutely not something I enjoyed and the ending was so predictable.
