    I hear people all the time stating something like, “God had a reason for making 'him/her/those people' suffer”. Hamilton explains why he believes that’s just not so. Did God cause little children who’ve been in horrible disasters to suffer and die? What has an infant or toddler done that might be so wrong as to cause such a thing? Were they so guilty, or were they born in order to pay for the sin of their fathers? This book is an easy read that explains the subject as credibly and as well as anything else I’ve read. Christian or not, you’ll find a lot to grasp from this book and you’ll be better equipped to explain it to others afterwards.
