Über allgemeine Trends im globalen Einzelhandel und einer Darstellung des Einzelhandelmarktes in den 1960er Jahren gelangt die Arbeit schließlich zum aktuellen Stand des indischen Einzelhandels. Dabei werden vor allem die Vor- und Nachteile der ausländischen Direktinvestitionen Auswirkungen diskutiert. Note wurde nur für gesamtes Seminar gegeben, müsste aber zwischen 1 und 2 liegen.
