Loved this trilogy so much but like reeve and lillia were meant for each other. It’s disappointing that they don’t end up together .

Okay listen, I loved these books with every piece of my soul, and I’m a big fan of Jenny Han because of her the summer I turned pretty series.

I read this book in about 2 1/2 days and loved the drama and the crazy plot twists, but the end? I honestly really wanted Reeve and Lillia to end up together. Like, they went through all of this terrible stuff to be together and lillia was so heartbroken when she was forced to end things with him, so I just hate the fact that they don’t even end up staying friends! And I also don’t think she showed any sexual attraction to Alex. Most of it was just friendly, and yes I know he had a crush on her, but it didn’t seem like she felt that way in return.

All in all I think it was a great book that, in my opinion, could’ve had a better ending

I literally loved this book so much but the ending made me want to SCREAM. Reeve and Lilia we’re literally meant for each other and AHHHHHHHHHH. And then she ends up with Alex???!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT READ.
  • Best trilogy I’ve read in a long time- but ending...

This literally was the best trilogy I’ve read in a long time. I read all three books in two days.

    ***spoiler***

But I feel like the ending was very abrupt! I felt no closure between Reeve and Lilia who loved each other so much that they risked their lives for one another! Like, really?! That’s what we get after three books!? And honestly poor Reeve deserved more.

I always loved Alex’s character and couldn’t decide whether I liked him over Reeve. I’m okay with Lilia ending up with him, but readers deserved a more interesting love rekindling, in the end. It was sort of a let down to a wonderful series.

Nonetheless, it was still worth the read and like I said, I enjoyed it.

Literally I don’t understand how these authors did it. This book is so crazy! It’s so intense, with so many plot twists, it had me on the edge of my seat the entire book! I thought Fire with Fire was going to be the best of the three, but no. This one is just... I don’t have words to describe it. The characters made me feel so many emotions. One minute I was laughing, the next screaming, and then I was having a complete breakdown while sobbing. I DEFINITELY recommend the Burn for Burn trilogy. I’m happy to say that it finds its place in my #3 favorite book series. And, I know I will be purchasing actual copies of this book, because it is just that good.

I loved the entire book series but I feel like there was a lot of wasted potential. The epilogue was kinda dissatisfying and it didn’t wrap up the story as well as I hoped it would,! leaving many loose ends that I felt could have been avoided if they shed more light on the other main characters. Nevertheless the book and writing was good so I’m not saying you shouldn’t read this book.

This series is good, I couldn't put it down! But the ending, its like the author just wanted to stop writing. It was so abrupt and I hated it! If you love this series then you will hate the ending!
