OPINION BY HUDOCK, J.: Filed April 27, 1995 Appellant, Bryan Snyder, appeals from the trial court order of November 30, 1993 which granted Appellee's, Specialty Glass Products, Inc., preliminary objections and the August 25, 1994 order which granted summary judgment in favor of Appellees, B. Patel, Carol Hubbard and Frank Arrison. We affirm.
