This book is unspeakably encouraging. Chan speaks boldly and without shame about the reality of what Scripture teaches us about living life for Christ. All points and convictions are based on Scripture, plain and simple.

This book has done more to humbly convict and propel me personally toward action than hundreds of sermons and advices. Not anymore! I am inspired an encouraged by the Love revealed and put on display, to change my life for the better.

I have already personally recommended this book to the people in my life. I extend that to anyone considering it as well.

This book is magnificent! I'm going to get one go my whole family to hand out at a baby shower today for my nephews soon to be. They will be making sure baby has all manner of creature comfort, and have no clue of the spiritual poverty the baby is coming into in our family. Thanks

I had this book for months and finally got bored and read it. I regret not reading it earlier. Another thing to show i was being lukewarm and not wanting to learn more about God. This book taught me a lot and gave me a lot to think about. I followed this book with a three hour bible study. Something I hadn't taken time to do before.
