Beautifully written!! Fell in love with the main characters. The moods, emotions, and surroundings are described in such rich and whimsical detail. ❤️ it!!

I couldn't put this wonderful story down. Rich characters that do find friendship prior to romance. A developing relationship encased in an adventure. I may read this one a second time. I so hope there is a sequel!

I remember the first time I stumbled across this book...a girlfriend mentioned it to me one afternoon. I purchased it online and didn't look up until I was finished.

If you are a fan of fantasy, medieval, a hint of paranormal? This book is for you! The author writes smart, with wit and with an amazing command of grammar...something we don't see often these days.

Definitely recommend this book! The world is entirely different from our own and yet makes sense. I love Martis' strength and loyalty and Silhara's determination and this fashions itself into a great romance.
