    Just like the Heroin Diaries before it, This is Gonna Hurt is a look into the sometimes public, sometimes private life of this man I have come to admire greatly. This book has challenged the way that I interpret beauty and see everyday life. I love the brutal honesty Nikki shares with the reader. He can really make one feel like he/she has truly had an intimate experience with with him.

    I've listened to MC since I was a rebellious teen... Always loved the songs he's written... So why not become a Author!!! I've met him 4 times not once did he act like he was above you super nice guy... So buy both of his books, it will change your world that know and make it BETTER....

    While, I bought this book on the premise that it would focus more on Nikki's photography (I am a photography grad student, and I like to see other's work) it was his words that hit me hard in some aspects. As if you are privy to a therapy session, without realizing you have a lot to work on, too. I have recommended this book, and will continue to do so. But...at the same time, more photographs should have been included.
