I really enjoyed this book! I feel like the ending could’ve been better. Maybe if Leo came to visit stargirl. But other then that it was a great book it’s one of my favorites. I think the author should make 2 more books one where Leo writes to stargirl. And in the second book Leo and stargirl see each other again. ⭐️ 👧

I love how this book is formatted! After reading the first book, I had a lot of questions and they were pretty much all solved in this book!! It really was heartwarming to see how Stargirl reacted to not having Leo by her side anymore. Great book, if you don’t like reading things in diary form, probably not the book for you!! I was totally fine with it though!! Now I am waiting and wanting Jerry Spinelli to write a third book with Leo writing back to Stargirl!! I would totally read it. Definitely recommend this read!

I miss the girl who danced around in the rain and did flips at football games, I want the girl who didn’t care what anyone thought because that’s just the way she was taught,
She saw the world from a different point of view but everyone else just had no clue, she was unique and special and brought light to the place but now she is just like everyone else in the human race,
But then she fell in love, erased herself for him, the moment she did she became very dim, it didn’t work out so then she switched back,
The moment she did her social status was under attack,

This is a poem about stargirl. We all should try and be like her,
One act of kindness a day could save someone from depression
Think about that

I read "Star Girl" the first book for a reading assignment and loved it, even though everyone else hated it. StarGirl makes me want to be me and not be "ordinary". I didn't think That there WAS a book better than "Star Girl" but this one IS better. Its fascinating, and I wish it was longer. It has the details in it that makes me want to almost BE her. I definitely recommend this to both young and old. -Review from an 11 year old❤️
