    I love how Opal is getting to have a comeback. In the second book, she didn’t really have a chance to show her mastery, with her little ‘friend’ and all.

    Overall I liked the Opal Deception, but I did not appreciate how on the cover picture Holly Short who is a black character was drawn as being white. I don’t appreciate the change in her physical identity.
