This book kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. I finished it in two days. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to keep up with so many characters, but the short chapters definitely helped. This was a very well-written, fast paced thriller with a twist I didn’t see coming! It was the first novel I’ve read by this author and I look forward to reading his others. I highly recommend Nine Lives!

Nicely interesting for most of the read, but seriously lame conclusion; a cheap trick that an experienced best selling author shouldn’t have pulled. Swanson is very uneven, some excellent, some sadly disappointing. This one basically cheats the reader.

One of the worst books I’ve ever read. And I’ve read thousands. If you want Agatha Christie stories, read hers instead. Terrible plot. Terrible, senseless book.
