My First My Last My Only

Loved this love story with its ups and downs.

The build up was nice. If they had one decent conversation the book would have been 30 pages. They finally admit they like each other and then immediate marriage proposal and marriage.

Kind of dragged out a bit.

I loved this book! It was a light hearted read with likable characters & delightful banter. And, of course, a HEA!

WOW, that was a great story, so many emotions. The two. Main characters, were wonderful. It certainly was a page turner. Hard to put the book down. Got thru it, loved how it ended. So Romantic. The Small town and how the people in it were connected, cared about each other, and shared feelings. Thank you.

It was an intriguing storyline that had me invested on the outcomes while supplying a couple of twists. I was disappointed that it ended without closing out the relationship with her mother.

Great story! Who knew except her kind of story! Definitely has a HEA ending! I found a new author!!!

A touching story that ended too quickly.

This is a romance for all time. Franny has loved Mitch since they were childhood friends. She feels like an ugly duckling and could sabotage the the relationship before it ever restarts. This book has me laughing, mad, crying and hoping. Definitely worth reading!

New author for me and I will read her again. She tells a good story about Franny and Mitch. For a few summers they were childhood best friends and then he disappeared and never came back. Years later he returns. He became a famous actor and now a director. Franny is a klutz, shy of people, and still lives with her parents. She rents a building where she started a bakery and hopes to buy and move into the apartment upstairs and finally escape her browbeating mother. Mitch seems to be everywhere she is and the crush she had as a young girl comes back with a vengeance. However she knows she doesn’t stand a chance.

This is a book with humor, and heart touching moments. I encourage everyone to read it. The only disappointing thing about it was that it ended too soon.
No swear words and clean reading. One sex scene that was not graphic. Perfect for me.

To the people who decided to play on the review page and not give a review, get a life.
