    My daughter is only 8 months old so I’m pretty far off from actually homeschooling. I have every intention to homeschool her and all our future children. Reading about unit studies always felt slightly confusing to me, as I wondered how you manipulate the unit study to work for multiple kids/ages/learning styles/subjects but THIS made it so clear. It was like every question I had was answered very straightforward and I can’t wait to use this as a reference for years to come!

    Lauren’s new book is fantastic! Not only does she explain how to plan a unit study, but she gives personal examples of WHY you want to! Her steps are easy to follow, and planning worksheets clearly list what to do.

    Lauren explains how unit studies can simultaneously be used to include multiple ages, but also offer one-on-one time with each child. Who doesn’t want more meaningful time with their children?

    After reading, I couldn’t help asking myself 2 questions: Why don’t we all learn this way?! And why haven’t we tried this before?! I couldn’t be more excited to implement these ideas in our homeschool!
