I love the personal stories of how each person interprets life and their place in it . There were many passages that inspired major moments of reflection and alot of aha moments as well . This book taught me that Life is so simple, if we allow it to be .

Marcus Aurelius spends a good amount of time thanking his teachers in his “Meditations “. Mamo does a pretty good job, and seems genuinely grateful. However, her address to the graduates of CC seemed to be a counter to white privilege. The truth in these quotes reveals that there is no black, and there is no lack.
