Excellent introduction to ultrasound. It's essential to understand "normal" anatomy before mastering pathology. Ultrasound is not easy but this book presents a nice initial foundation.

I am very excited about this new musculoskeletal ultrasound resource. As a physician currently engaged in learning ultrasound I find this book to be immensely helpful. It starts off by first explaining the basics of ultrasound in a clear and concise manner. I really like that each joint is accompanied by images of probe placement, the underlying anatomy and a clearly labeled ultrasound image. It is the first resource I have encountered that is written at a level basic enough for beginners but in-depth enough for one to reach a proficient level. Like the title of my review says, amazing new resource! If you have any interest in ultrasound buy this book now.
