I am an avid romance novel reader and Janet Chapman is one of my favorites. While there nothing new under the sun where romance novels are concerned -- Ms. Chapmans weaves a tale with Dragon Warrior that allows you to escape into a world full of magic and romance! I have NEVER been disappointed when I read a Janet Chapman book and it you love fantastical stories then this book is a it. This is how a fairytale should read! 1 caution... If you have never read any of Ms Chapman's work I suggest reading the original highlander book Charming a Highlander, then Winter's story in Only a Highlander, followed by Moonlight Warrior, with Dragon Warrior last. This way you get all the background info carried into this book. Dragon Warrior is book two in a spin-off from the Highlader Series. Dragon Warrior is a great read all by itself, but just like any good entre -- each side is tasty alone but the combination is what makes the meal satisfying. Enjoy!
