I have some experience being an older man who spent time in environments less than familiar and came out alright… One thing about a book, don’t let it believe your Superman. This book does not do that and I am glad to read more books like it!

It’s a book with good information, but nothing that most enthusiasts wouldn’t know. It’s a quick read too many pages dedicated to advertising his videos but hey the book was free so I can’t complain.
