    The most compelling, devastating, and redeeming story I’ve ever read. Robert Jordan’s epic was beautifully crafted and carefully finished with Brandon Sanderson. I wish I read this instead of Lord of the Rings in literature classes.

    I bought the set when it was $39.99 but can no longer access it in my library or download it on my devices. Apple said it’s because the version I purchased was pulled from the Apple Store and then republished at 4 times the price. That’s super shady to do. Shame on you.

    I started reading this series in 1991. The series is EXCELLENT. Bought the hardcovers as they were published. Later bought the paperbacks, and carried them to work for my lunch breaks. When the Wheel of Time - Complete became available, I thought that would be great to carry around in my iPhone…!

    Last night, the book disappeared from my devices. Called Apple this morning and was told that the “DEVELOPER/PUBLISHER” issued an unasked for refund to my credit card… then they took the book back. Apparently, the $125.00 price increase is retroactive..! The book I paid $42.00 for (including tax) now cost $164.99 plus tax.

    Now I will be writing to TOR Books & McMillon Publishing to complain about the ethics of this. Lock the doors of your homes before the publisher sends someone out to confiscate your hardcovers & paperbacks…!

    I bought the entire series on Black Friday for $34.99. Just finished book 8 tonight and now can’t access any of them on my iPad. Shows not available in my region/country.

    This price is crazy!!! It’s only inflated because of the Amazon series, which only touches on the depth of the books. I only wanted to download the books to read on my IPad because my hard copies are in storage. I can’t justify paying more per book than I’d pay in a bookstore!! Shame on you Amazon!!!

    So I downloaded the sample to get a feel for the story and the price for the complete set was $34.99. Now the set is $164.99. And the one I have is no longer available. I would complete the purchase for the original price but certainly not the new price. Kind of a fishy practice but whatcha gonna do
