Many "well intending" individuals have started out with a Spiritual experience; and then, tried to fulfill it in the realm of religious form, rather than further Spiritual experience.
We need to "hear" what the Spirit would say to the church, and to the individual. Simplify.
The false glory needs to be removed, so that the "glory of the Spirit" may come forth. All of these other concerns are like weeds in our hearts. Even the timing, and speed, of religion can become so important as to distract.
