I love the reluctant couple thrown into marriage trope in my historical romance and this book did not disappoint. The couple had chemistry, the plot was exciting and helped to move the whole story forward. I read this book before the other two but after seeing the quality of writing in this book I plan to read the other two right away.

I bought the first book and I enjoyed so I bought the outer 2. But reading the outer was like reading the first one but with different name.i give them 4 stars but I don't thing I'll buy another book of her.

I devoured this series within a week, I hope Maya writes more highland romances and I want to see if Gannon ever gets a girl, I loved him! If you like romance you won't be disappointed.

Out of the couples, I love these two the most. Although the theme of the anger management guy getting his way most of the time was kind of annoying. But it's still a good read. One major complaint I have for this novel is one of the biggest obstacle (I was expecting) did not show up, and this book was only 600+ page long. Quite a disappointment.

The last book of the McCabe Trilogy was just as exciting and enveloping as the first two. Ohhh, that Duncan Cameron is so evil! I hate that I've read all three books and wish there were more!!
Readers will not be sorry they bought these books. The characters are strong and the story line enthralling, not to mention the hot love scenes. Maya Banks knows what we want and we want more!!!!!!!!!

This book was awesome! Couldn't put it down. I wrapped up this entire series so perfectly. Great steamy sexy story. I hate that this is the end of this series and I hope Maya Banks writes more highland romance.
